The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for processing payments, handling inquiries across all lines of insurance, assisting with claims intake, liaising with underwriting, and performing administrative and financial tasks. The CSR is expected to remain professional and committed to maintaining high service standards for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Providing quotes on all approved classes of business
Processing new applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in Prime
Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards
Updating client records and maintaining physical and digital policy files
Completing monthly renewal review process and follow ups
Assisting in gathering and verifying required documentation for KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other compliance checks
Gathering preliminary information for claims, including incident details, photos, and contact information
Guiding clients on initial claims procedures and directing them to the appropriate claims’ personnel
Following up with internal claims staff or insurers to ensure timely communication.
Receiving and processing client premiums and fees payments
Preparing and reconciling daily cash deposits and maintaining accurate transaction records in accordance with policy
Displaying high levels of customer service at all times
High School diploma
Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance software systems
High attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to multitask
